ITT / ITE

#TeamADL work with a range of providers across the country, supporting the development of trainee teachers. In 2017, Anita worked with NASBTT to create the SEND ITT Toolkit and deliver with UCET.

We have a progressive model of development to support teachers continue to develop their knowledge skills and ability to support SEND in the classroom. We also operate a #JustAsk #TeamADL Service for NQTs.

TA DEVELOPMENT

Over the years, members of #TeamADL have delivered a variety of programmes to to develop support staff, including a network cascade models that schools have reported to be highly effective.

SEND LEADER

In 2017, Anita Devi was awarded The Influential Educational Leadership Award in Cambridge, for her continued work on the SEND Leadership Pipeline. This has developed through her PhD and the British Educational Leadership, management and Administration Society (BELMAS) #SENDrig.
